Wastewater features:

The waste water of this project mainly comes from oil-containing waste water of refining, pressing waste water, flushing surface water, domestic sewage and other waste water. Among them, the production wastewater discharged from oil refinery has a high CODCr, which is difficult to treat. The main pollution substances are oil and gapwood. Direct entry into biochemical treatment will cause insufficient oxygen supply of bacteria and microorganisms in the biochemical system, and the microbial membrane will fall off, and the tolerance of bacteria and microorganisms to oil is less than 50mg/L.

Project Achievements:

1. Complete set of 720m³/d and 600m³/d sewage treatment stations, including sewage station odour treatment system;

2. Adoption of oil separation-air floatation-A/O-terminal dephosphorization process, the effluent reaches the first level discharge standard in "Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard" GB8978-1996;
