Founded in 2001, Wending Company is an expert in water pollution control, possessing over 20 years of experience in environmental pollution treatment technology development. Over the past two decades, it has executed more than 300 EPC projects, including industrial wastewater treatment, reclaimed water reuse, and pure and ultrapure water projects. • Process flow:The effluent after biological treatment → Orelis TP tubular membrane → Nanofiltration (NF)/Reverse Osmosis (RO) → Evaporation and crystallization.

• Solved the preprocessing problem:Orelis tubular membranes, with their superior antifouling properties and wide flow channels, successfully treated this highly polluted wastewater with a high SDI (Smell Indicator Difference), providing stable feed conditions for the downstream precision nanofiltration membrane and ensuring the long-term stable operation of the entire system.

• Achieve efficient concentration:The wastewater volume was significantly reduced, a large amount of high-quality permeable water was recycled for production, and the investment and operating costs of subsequent evaporation and crystallization units were significantly reduced.

• Industry demonstration effect:The effluent after biochemical treatment → Orelis TP tubular membrane → nanofiltration (NF)/reverse osmosis (RO) → evaporation and crystallization.
