Southern Manganese Group Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong Stock Exchange stock abbreviation: Southern Manganese, stock code: HK1091) is a large multinational enterprise group integrating mining, beneficiation and smelting of manganese products production and R&D. It has total assets of RMB10 billion and more than 5,700 employees. It was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2010, becoming the first resource-based manganese enterprise in China to be listed in Hong Kong.

The group has established mining and deep processing bases in Guangxi, Guizhou and Gabon, Africa. Its core products include manganese-based new energy materials such as electrolytic manganese metal, electrolytic manganese dioxide, high-purity manganese sulfate, manganese tetroxide, and lithium manganese oxide. These materials are widely used in power batteries, alkaline batteries, metallurgy and chemical industries, and are mainly supplied to leading lithium battery companies such as CATL and BYD.
